We know you're eager to receive your swimwear. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. 

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from hello@palmskyes with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (shipping charges are non-refundable).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains and hygienic stickers intact. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria

We do require up to 10-12 business days to process a return.

SIZING + FIT

Will there be more sizes available in the future?

Our swimsuits currently come in sizes S, M, L

We do not have as big of size range as we would like, but to off set that we have made the fit of our bikinis very versatile. We are in the process of creating a greater size range for our next line.

Which suits come with removable padding? And which suits are reversible?

Our suits 'it's always been you', 'p.s I love mauve', and 'lavender dreams' come with removable padding. Our halter top is revisible in cream or floral. 

What size would I be?

 HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PALM SKYES SUIT

Hand wash only in cold water or gently soak in a mild detergent (free of moisturizer, harsh chemicals and bleach).

Lay flat to dry when finished, in the shade and out of direct sunlight.
Do not tumble dry or machine wash.
Do not wash with other items.
Make sure that your suit is completely dry before putting away.

Please note that a high amount of chlorine and chemicals can damage your swimsuit, wash immediately after use.

Hot tubs, tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners can stain, discolor or damage your swimsuit.

To extend the life of your Palm Skyes swimsuit be sure to hand wash/rinse with cold water immediately after use. If care instructions for suits are not followed, we are unable to assume responsibility for any damages incurred.

Where are your suits manufactured?

Our suits are hand-made in Colombia and curated in Miami, United States. Our designs are custom and one of a kind. We work closely with our manufacturers, who run a family-style atelier, as they help to maintain our stance on ethical working conditions and sustainability. All employees are given benefits and vacation pay. 

What are your suits made of?

Our suits are made out of 80% recycled polyester and 20% elastane.

What is your stance on sustainability?

In an effort to support sustainable fashion, we launch our new designs at a slower pace and in small batch quantities to avoid over production. Each collection is made of eco-friendly materials, and is ethically sourced. Each suit is hand-made and our packaging is made up of recycled materials.
