INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Palm Skyes is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from hello@palmskyes with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.
WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATING?
We are sorry about that! This can happen! In a few cases, the shipping carrier can take a few business days to update your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't working at all, please reach out to us at hello@palmskyes.com with your order number. We will look into it for you.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
While we do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at hello@palmskyes.com and we will do our best to resolve this. After 60 days from your order being placed, any damages to your suit are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@palmskyes.com and we’ll ensure you get your right order.
PALM SKYES PACKAGE PROTECTION
Palm Skyes is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.
All claims must be submitted through a customer service representative at hello@palmskyes.com. If you are experiencing difficulties locating your order, we require a missing parcel claim to be filed with Canada Post, as verification.
HAND-MADE
All of our swimsuits are made by hand in Colombia and ethically sourced. We work closely with our supplier's atelier, as they provide humane and ethical working conditions for their employees. We will continue to have a healthy relationship with those who are comitted to maintaining these guidelines.
SUSTAINABLE
In an effort to support sustainable fashion, we launch our new designs at a slower pace and in small batch quantities to avoid over production. Each collection is made from exclusively curated designs, are hand-made and released non-seasonally.
ECO-FRIENDLY
Palm Skyes strives to be environmentally-friendly as possible. We are dedicated to respecting our environment and ethically sourcing our materials. We use eco-friendly materials for all of our suits. All of our packaging is made from recycled materials as we seek to minimalize our environmental footprint.
